Payment of "ordinary" items (which made not based on your requirements)

When buying goods from the provided lists, which are not based on your request, you can choose any method of payment and pay for the goods before we send the parcel to you.

Payment of "made-to-order" items (based on your requirements)

- After the order has been agreed, we send a sketch of the product to your email address.
- After the final approval of the sketch is completed and before cutting, you pay 50% of your order.
- After cutting, assembling and painting (if required), we send you a photo of the finished product.
- Before sending you a parcel, we receive from you the remaining 50% of the cost of the goods and + the cost of shipping (from the Russian post).
- If sent by transport companies or by express delivery, then you pay for the shipment yourself upon receipt of the shipment.
